No, you can shop at eu.hurley.com as a GUEST without creating an account. However, registering your details will allow you to access to the Hurley community and the benefits of being a member.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES HURLEY ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, Maestro, Electron, iDeal, Sofort as well as Paypal. Please note that we do not accept any other methods or payment apart from those listed above.

DOES HURLEY SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES?

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes at this time.  We also do not ship to forwarding addresses or access points.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the steps on the following link to process your return.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE?

Bikinis, swimsuits and worn items cannot be refunded.  Items must have tags still attached.

WHAT DOES THE MM THICKNESS IN A WETSUIT MEAN?

The wetsuit thickness measurements is in millimeters and run from the center of the suit, the core, to your arms and legs. For example, a 3/2MM wetsuit, the core thickness is 3 millimeters and the legs and arms are 2 millimeters thick.

HOW DO I DETERMINE WHAT WETSUIT TO PURCHASE?

First step would be to determine what water temperatures you will most commonly use your wetsuit for. The most common wetsuit is 3/2mm and is suitable for water temperatures of 13°C - 18°C / 56°F - 64°F. If you are in colder waters, take a look at the 4/3 and 5/3 hooded wetsuits. If in warmer water, look for spring suits and wetsuit jackets. If you need more help, please feel free to reach out to customer service.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PROCESS FOR WETSUITS?

Please contact customer service first with proof of purchase and photos of the defected areas of the wetsuit. The customer service agent will help to determine the next steps.

HOW DO YOU PROPERLY CARE FOR A WETSUIT?

When cleaning your wetsuit, hand wash in cool, fresh water to remove salt deposits. Hang out of direct sunlight to dry. Clean your wetsuit after each use to ensure it remains flexible and durable. Please keep in mind that neoprene is a lightweight, performance-based material and is vulnerable to excessive force. Care must be taken when putting on or removing your wetsuit, as finger-induced tears can occur (especially on the exposed neoprene on chest and back panels). Avoid contact with sharp objects and abrasive surfaces.

HOW DO I EDIT OR CANCEL AN ORDER I PLACED?

Unfortunately, we cannot edit or cancel an order once it's been placed for security reasons. Our system is designed to process orders as quickly and efficiently as possible and cannot cancel or modify an order once it is placed. If an order needs to be cancelled, you may contact Customer Service to inquire about your options.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

Your order will be charged as soon as your order is placed. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a refund.

DO YOU ACCEPT GIFT RETURNS?

We are unable to process gift returns. All eligible returns will be refunded in the same payment format.
